This is a book to help tech leads, directors of engineering, VPs and CTOs to get their job done - either from a promotion, a new gig or the job they already do..

It aims to be the user manual I wanted to have when I started.

The content is based on mentoring sessions for startups since 2014, a lot of feedback helping individuals throughout their careers and my own experiences.

It was built from 2021 to 2022 and now it is done, with complementing articles at https://gleicon.substack.com.
